Coping with a lot of emotions today about being totally sidelined by an overuse injury that came out of nowhere etc etc but at least I can hear my partner singing along to emo songs in the kitchen while he cooks, y'know

wish it were easier to explain that like... when you ask how much I can walk you need to specify if you mean without major consequence/to the point of complete immobility or like...with only mild-moderate discomfort
