[ t e x t ]: he locking you in for life! watch out because he may come after you for child support, lol. totally just kidding. that is cool though. you get to bring a dream to life and it happened on the first try. but don't count yourself out of love. everyone is meant for someone and your great love story will come and it'll all be worth it.

[ t e x t ]: that is the goal for next year. got the taste of it two years ago and want to get back there and win this time. definitely! yeah, just gonna spend it with my parents. think my brothers are going to come in as well. how about you?

[text]: definitely not a “gold digger” by Kanye situation since he does pretty good for himself and we actually did everything by the books with lawyers and all. plus, we’re just on the same page. eh, I’ve counted myself out already. tried the dating show, the dating app, going out of my comfort zone, tried casually dating.. none of it worked out. like I said.. quite shit at dating lol. It’s not meant to be for me and I’ve decided the love of my life will be my child and I’m okay with that.

[text]: do you want to go to the Super Bowl this year even if you can’t play? would that be dissatisfying/giving major fomo or would you just be happy your team made it? that sounds lovely. I’m not quite sure yet. my family and I are still working out where we’ll go for Christmas but I know no matter what, we will be spending it together. even both my parents (who are divorced) and their significant others come to Christmas.. it’s a big family affair.

[ t e x t ]: oh, did you and a friend go in on this together? that's pretty cool. did you two have this kind of planned out for a while. kind of like...if we aren't married by this time in our lives we will have a baby together?

[ t e x t ]: freakin' sucked monkey balls. hated that damn fucking thing. know it was a necessity for my healing process but didn't mean i had to like it. things happen for a reason and hopefully it's just meant for me to come back stronger than ever. teams play over the holidays but my team plays on the 23rd this year. then we play on new years eve.

[text]: it wasn’t planned.. I was caught off guard when he offered - in a good way. I’d never be able to ask that of someone but he offered. we’re both in the same boat with bad luck with love, wanting kids young.. I’m sure people think it’s mad because I’m only twenty-four but it just feels right.. like this is what I’m supposed to do. I didn’t think it’d happen for me because I had health issues that could lead to infertility. that’s a huge reason why I decided to do this so young and start the process. pleasantly surprised and grateful it not only worked, but worked the first try. I was in shock for quite awhile there when I took the test and saw it worked/took.

[text]: I don’t blame you. It seems very uncomfortable. I’m glad it’s off! everything does happen for a reason, I agree! this means you’ll just head straight to the super spoon next year. that worked out well so you can have Christmas Eve and Christmas off to spend with family. any big plans?

[ t e x t ]: is the app kind of like tinder or bumble? where you swipe right one the ones you like and left on the ones who aren't cutting it? clearly you picked a good one because it took. not sure how the whole process works but you made a dream a reality. which is super cool. you get to play both mom and dad to the little one.

[ t e x t ]: definitely feels like forever. good thing is got out of the big cast the other day. now just in a smaller one. will start pt on it here soon. no. don't want to push it and risk injuring it more and taking me out for good. also, don't want to let me team down. our other quarterback is stepping up and leading the boys great.

[text]: lol not quite like that but I would think of that as well! I think it’s more like he chose me? I’m not exactly doing this alone, like I originally set out to do. more of a platonic parenting situation.

[text]: oh nice! how was it coping with the cast? I imagine it feels so freeing to get out of that. I get that. better safe than sorry. I just feel bad because I know you said you were looking forward to the season and getting back out there before you went off to training camp. do you play over the holidays or do you get a break?

[ t e x t ]: oh yeah? did you get to like pick the sperm donor from like a binder of candidates? were there certain qualities you were trying to get with the donor?

[ t e x t ]: it's typically six to eight weeks.

[text]: the process of the donors is a weird one because you have to look through all these options - kind of like an app? you see photos of them, photos of them as kids, get their health history, etc. But you never meet the guys and your baby never meets them, obviously. I don’t know if I had a list or anything going into it, honestly.

[text]: that doesn’t sound too bad but I bet it feels like forever for you. will you be good to go to play in the super spoon?

[text]: yeah, even longer than five months actually because I had decided to go the ivf route since I always wanted to be a young mum and, well, I’m quite terrible at dating/don’t have much luck lol

[ t e x t ]: I’ve found myself with some more free time and was scrolling through TikTok. They have this filter where you can make out with Shrek. Got me wondering if you’ve been playing with the filter since it came out.

[text]: wait why do you have more free time? Are you on a break?

[text]: how did you know!? damn, now I feel exposed. Shrek is my otl. always there when I need him xx princess fiona has nothing on me although I identify more as the gingerbread man.
