this probably won’t get very far, BUT! the comic has indeed ended today, BUT OUR LOVE FOR IT HAS NOT!! I vote that next monday, we all post as much TGS stuff we possibly can — fanart, fan fiction, WHATEVER! Our mondays will be quite empty now, and I think it’d be a sweet tradition to every now and then dedicate a monday to a CRAP TON of TGS love. I myself will try to contribute to this, at least next monday. Not sure if this’ll catch on, but I think as a fandom it’d be really, really fucking sweet. I remember back in 2018 I was a 12 years old who's hyperfixation at the moment was nothing but one of the amazing books written by Robert Luis Stevenson; The Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde

I remember searching on YouTube and Tumbrl about all I could from this story, and in the way I found many alternative versions from these characters, to the ones made from popular kid shows like Arthur to the original versions from humbles artists

Here in tumbrl, I have encountered a few versions too... Well many of them, and were really popular at the time!

But there was one that captured my attention...

The screenshot from a certain comic, one that looked really good but I did not have any idea what it was all about... Until I found where those screenshots came from

That's how I met The Glass Scientists

Back in the day it was around chapter 8, and I remember having read the rest of the comic for like 3 days. Sage stated this story would only have 18 chapters, which at the time looked so far away and distant, especially considering that the first chapter was published on 2 February of 2014

But 8 years passed on a blink, 11 years of updates, upgrades from a story so intrigued and yet so heartful... All of that has come to a end

Today April 6 2026, we say goodbye to Dr Henry Jekyll and Mr Hyde

And for Mx Sage... I admire the endless effort you had put to make this comic such as beautiful as it came, the determination and hard work you had put in for a REALLY long time to see this story coming to an end, so thank you for everything Mx Cotugno.
