What kind of company does Masa prefer? What is a sure way to get him to dislike you?

Generally he doesn't prefer much company. If he had to pick, it'd be people he could have a fun, educated discussion with, maybe a debate or two. But honestly? If they're talkative he'll probably bask in the company.

To get him to dislike you you truly just have to be against his morals. He's a healer to help those in need entirely for the people who need it, to be against that is definitly something.

Or to insult his husband in front of him.
