question, How the H do you write beginnings because i cant for the life of me

I'll tell you a secret. I wrote the entire book before I wrote the freaking prologue, because first sentences especially are death for me, so I cheat and write things out of order. xD I'm gonna publish this, because someone else might find it useful.
