London’s southbank and the Covid memorial wall on the left with each painted heart representing a person who died from Covid in u.k. @sweet-harmony
View of Westminster from Thames Path, Vauxhall It was my first time on this walk that I realised how close to Central I lived. Daft, really. It had been the plan all along to live this close, and yet, now that I had achieved it, I didn’t even know; it wasn’t even a thought that regularly occurred to me. Years ago, would I have imagined this would be the place I’d call Home: is it, in fact, the place I call Home? The struggle with London continues. I take a moment to be grateful - that I get to live close to the riverside, to admire this view, to afford a home in this money drain of a city. I am thankful. Thank you.
taken yesterday on my 6 mile charity walk through London ✌🏼
