Don't Stress it homey part 2
If you're stressed out, try to do something that'll distract you. Being stressed out for a prolonged time isn't good for you. As mentioned in my previous post about stress, some good stress relieving activities could be listening to music, exercising, and socializing. My favorite one is exercising. Not only will it take my mind off of stressful things, but it also gets me in shape. When you work out, you gotta work out. However, keep in mind your body factors such as age, weight, and condition of your body. Listen to your body. Don't run for 5 km if you have knee problems....Otherwise, don't just breeze through your exercises. If you feel like crap by the end of the workout, that means you're doing it right.
Usually for a quick boost in endorphins, I go for a run approximately 3km in length. Otherwise, I stick with weight-lifting, which has similar effects but just takes longer. With high endorphin levels, we feel less pain and fewer negative effects of stress.
