It was freezing. Maybe that was just his weird body temperature, but everything under deep summer heat felt freezing. This spring was no different. Even outside of Shizume it wasn't any better.
Rikio was wrong about this city. There wasn't anything calming about it at all. The guy told him to go here so he would stop moping around the bar all day.. So it was his fault that he was upset his leader was dead? Tch.. No fucking fair.
Pausing in front of a fence he barely had noticed where his feet had led him. He saw.. Water.. Just the sight made him shiver. Had to be unbearable for someone like him.. but there didn't seem to be any swimmers around.. Only a small handful wrapping up whatever practice they were on.
Though that was before he noticed the movement. It was so fast.. Really impressive. One of those guys was working himself way overtime after the others were blowing it off. What an ethic. Leaning against the metal he watched the man swim. It was almost.. In a weird way mesmerizing. He'd never really seen a swimmer move so fast before.
He'd probably be a good fighter.
