A ritual of Ancestral Embodiment, as carried out on the Spirit Night preceeding our Cardinal Sabbath of Thawingmas. During these rites, which we undertake eight nights a year, we call up the spirits of the Dead and partake of worldly food, drink, and smoke on their behalf.

I apologize for being so inactive recently. We’ve had a lot going on, between severe weather, my work, and finally being able to get fully moved into our home. Plus, we’ve been busy with our personal practice; especially with yesterday being the Hood-Feast of Thawingmas—the Seasonal Spoke of the Bat in our Cardinal Holy Days of the year. Hopefully, though, I’ll be posting more again soon.

To all those who observed Imbolc, or any analogous celebration, I wish you a blessed Stirring of the Spring.
