When Italy changes sides xd.
So, future comic stuff. (This is probably not going to make headway until Kara and I get far, far into Soul-Bound, but I’m still super excited!!)
AXIS is a comic that takes place in the far future. Humans have expanded past the Milky Way and pushed boundaries to find more places to branch their growing empire. It may look beautiful with towering spires and space stations the size of planets, sparkling metal and flashing lights, but just because the human society has expanded, does not mean it’s free from the corruption inside it’s walls.
The majority of the comic revolves around a Bounty Hunter-- Ravaxis. He’s got millions of enemies, and few allies, but he finds a friend and companion in the least expected place; his own ship. Helios is added as an upgrade, an AI that can keep the Hunter’s home maintained and provide much needed insight to keeping the human alive, but perhaps there’s more to him than just being extra parts. With Ravaxis and Helios running from more than just other Hunters, but a large megacorp looking to take back stolen tech, they’ll learn that there’s more to each other than being on the run together.
-------
Meet Helios! He’s Ravaxis’ AI companion, tasked with running all processes on The Axis. Artificial Intelligence's have long been banned by the Military for their unpredictable nature, but there’s more to that well kept secret than danger. Helios is a newly made AI, roughly aged to be about two years in run-time. He has no idea who made him or what his purpose was before Ravaxis bought him as an upgrade for The Axis.
Originally, he didn’t have a face, or an appearance beside the red screens and text that would appear when he spoke, but as The Axis continued to be upgraded, he began to evolve along with it, choosing a face to man the ship. Who knows? Perhaps it will become useful as the story progresses.

Ok. Now this is quite a serious subject that deserves our attention and deep reflection. And as an introduction let me state that its also highly debatable with my personal opinion not being 100% correct and the popular opinion would be in stark contrast to what i believe.
So what's the most ideal place of a woman in society and what's her base role that calls for her single minded devotion and dedication? This would be the central theme of this short treatise. Not sure how long it may go but let me begin.
A woman when she leaves out of home, the soul of that home too leaves. And when the spirit leaves, then it becomes a dead thing. It is a woman that makes home, a home, otherwise it would just be another place with four walls and a roof on it.
She's to be there for she alone can make it a little piece of heaven down on earth. Her presence is the most needed within that place to nurture its members, to actively engage herself in building that place up both physically and mentally, to decorate it, to beautify it. Imagine how a garden would look if it had all the plants and herbs growing in it except for the blooming rose that spreads its aroma and is a sweet pleasure for the eyes.
No, I'm not even close to exaggerating or giving poetical expresssions in eulogy of a woman's role in the home, but its something that you'll realize sooner or later. And I believe this must be a question that must be asked to a child who grows up with working parents which is still understood from some point of economic constraints but the other extreme of rich parents being 24/7 out of home with eastern maids taking care of their children is a growing trend having its own serious repercussions within the family and its bonding on a micro level and definitely on a macro level, the society itself will be in a stagnating stage when its future citizens grow up in an environment not knowing the depth and the effects of sincere parental love.
So a woman definitely has a larger role to play within the home more than out of it. And by all means of reasoning and sound judgement, this is in no way demeaning her status or her dignity in the society but to its contrary, this is giving her the highest honour of being in charge to shape the future of this world.
How many homes have been destroyed for the sheer reason that there wasn't a close knit bonding between its members. And the primary cause is when the mother is missing from the scenario. She's got the pivotal role in steering its directions and she's at the very center of it around which a home revolves.
And does this by any means, giving us an impression that she's being restrained or imprisoned within its four walls, giving her no liberty to choose a way of life that suits her the most? No, not at all. The main purpose here is to highlight that there are certain things in life which a woman alone could do and not a thousand strong men put together could afford to do it.
So let her primary focus be to run the home and not to run out of her home. Yes, there are careers and fields outside the home where only a woman can rein but then again it must not be at the cost of a home being brought down to its ruins.
A mother is the shadow of divine on earth. No one can afford to be deprived of it!
