NOTE TO SELF: It's been a while since I've had anything but plain yogurt, so honey yogurt was money. Especially when up against the savory bacon, egg, and cheese I ate off the bun.

NOTE TO SELF: Take the potatoes out of this thing, burn the bacon a little, add some pico, and then you've got something good. Cheesy.

Grilled Chicken Salad. The Memphian Hotel (Catering). Memphis, Tennesee. 12.6.2021.

NOTE TO SELF: Not bad for a salad that was probably sitting out for a bit, but I've never understood including both fruit and tomatoes in the same salad because they play the same role and have to therefore compete. (And yes, I understand tomatoes are fruits, but you know what I mean -- sweet fruits vs. savory ones).
