I'm in this uneasy state of mind. I realize that I am frustrated way too often and have this overwhelming need to express myself. There are so many feelings, thoughts etc. overflowing inside me that I’m aching to get out. It used to be easy for me to do this. It would come so naturally. But for the past few years it feels like I have been and am slowly withering away mentally. I let myself get this way. I let an immensely important part of me fade away. I haven’t completely lost it though. I know I haven’t or else I wouldn’t be writing this. I’m over feeling distressed about my ability to just let myself go for this long. I’m ready to change it.
