(Note: I get asked why I like to include Alligators within Peter’s outfits. When I was little my mum always sang “Alvin the Alligator” to me as she tucked me into bed, a song she had learned in Girl Scouts back in the 70s. It wasn’t until recently that we found out that it was originally a Peter Tork & his Brother’s own little diddy. So, ‘The Monkees’ have always been a part of my life in various forms & aspects, & that song makes me happy)
