I'm sitting close enough to feel the grand presence of THE SERENE, a 440-foot yacht owned by a Russian vodka mogul. Much more majestic is when dusk transitioned and its lights slowly all switched on - just a beautiful moment watching from afar. How much will it cost to run and maintain? My husband can tell you. But for me, it's so pretty my little brain does not want to know ;) Drink up!
