I decided to try and challenge myself for my performance at The Vertitude's Circus Burlesque Showcase. I took my existing choreography that I had used for California Pole Dance Championships and tried to set it to completely different music.
I think this is the "softest" I've ever tried to dance, haha.

My performance at The Vertitude's Spring Fling Showcase 2013. I really enjoyed this performance and I'm thrilled it turned out so well. You totally can't see me gasping for dear life!
I think I'm getting better at efficiently choreographing (or perhaps they're all just pent up ideas that I'm finally letting out). My Pacific Pole Championship piece took 3+ months of choreography, my Secret Showcase performance took 3 weeks, and this one took a week and half. Yay!

Brook Notary, Director of The Pulse Project is coming to Los Angeles! The Pulse Project is a new Off-Broadway NYC launch show centered around Pole dancing. She is also a 4 time judge of the USPDF competitions.
