**Update 4 August 2016**

We’re still active! This is just a small update to tell that we fixed broken links and dead blogs!

The dead blogs are deleted from @the-cc-creator-base, so you can’t accidentally click on a blog that’s dead, since the ‘not active’ status is just a small warning that the blog is still up but won’t upload any CC.

If you do come across any dead links, do let us know! We try to keep the blog as up-to-date as we can, but it’s always hard to get track if you made CC for a category and we haven’t been aware of it. If we need to update you to a new category do let us know! Just simply message us.

We will soon be fixing avatar pictures that are outdated!

** Update 20 may 2016 **

@the-cc-creator-base has now changed it’s theme fully! We worked hard on changing the theme in every tag. The page will make it easier to see if a CC creator is active or not and with hope, a little less laggy as it was before. @eightysixsims designed this amazing theme, so don’t forget to thank her ^-^

I also like to announce that almost all tags are open! But please check out the Sims 1, sims 2 and sims 3 tags, who are all open right now!

We only need to open 2 tags! But we do need your help to be able to do that!

You can:

Message us by letting us know about a CC creator who makes CC for the tags that still needs to be opened/created.

Or just join us because you want to be in the tags too!

We don’t like:

Entries that are done by someone else, since we want people to join and knowing the purpose of the blog. EXCEPTIONS FOR PEOPLE WHO ALLOWED OTHERS TO PUT THEM ON THE LIST AND KNOWS ABOUT IT.

The sims 1 tags are personally chosen CC creators. The sims 1 community has some great sims 1 CC creators, but it’s sad that most of these creators retired. Thank you all for following and joining the @the-cc-creator-base! Without all you joining us, many tags wouldn’t be opened like they are now. Though there are some tags still closed and we are excited to see new CC creators and CC creators who has been here around a while to help us to make @the-cc-creator-base better than it is now!

saw your post, I make sims for sims 4 (sims 3 sims are going to come eventually ) and figured why not. it's a great idea. what exactly do I need to do?

Awesome you want to join! What you need to do (which can be found in the post that went around tumblr as well)

- (in your case) “where is your blog located?” Whatever site is okay, so it doesn’t matter if it’s your own website, tumblr, blogspot or wherever your downloads might be located.

- “What do you make?” And with that I mean, do you make custom clothing/marvelous designer downloads, poses, make up, etc.

- “Which game do you make your content for?” It’s okay to make cc for more sims games, like say you make sims 2 content but also sims 3, that’s completely okay! But for one game as well!

- “Are you still active as CC creator” now these past 2 days, I just checked your blog to see if you were still active, but it wasn’t the easiest job. I still need to fix a few. But anyway, it would be really helpful to know if you’re still active as a cc creator. If you make CC for more games, tell me if you are still active in making CC for both games.

I’m still looking for a way to also add CC creators that aren’t around tumblr but on blogspot, etc. Especially because all these 60 people who joined, only 4 have a blog or a TSRW account. Oh! And if you post stuff on another site and have tumblr specials on your tumblr, I can always add you twice to the list so people can reach your downloads on both websites! ^-^

**CC CREATORS ALERT**

Ever wanted to have people to look at your CC but didn’t want to reblog the heck out of your posts? Or don’t you feel appreciated by your work because nobody discovers you as a CC creator? Well I’ve came up with a fix!

@the-cc-creator-base page has a tag system, which still needs to be finished with you guy’s help!

What am I looking for?

CC creators for the sims 1, 2, 3 and 4!

- Poses makers - Lot/house builders - Sims and Pets creators - Makeup artists -Skintones creators -People who make fabulous hairstyles -People who make these fabulous hairstyles, more fabulous-er (retexturing) -Walls and floors creators -The marvelous designers out there (Or your own custom clothing mesh) -The Old-fashioned EAmaxis match clothing and any other maxis match creations out there! -These beautiful accessories creators -Our amazing game hackers!

And anything else you can share with each other! If you’re not sure if you fit in, or I might forgot a tag, please message me @greenplumbboblover (Me) or use the ask in the top of the page!

How do I join in?

You can either ask/message me, Greenplumbboblover, or use the ask box on the top of the page!

You don’t need Tumblr to join, but please let me know what you create, where your creations are stored and I’ll see what I can do!

It’s okay if you’re a respected CC creator with a lot of notes to join as well!

What this blog doesn’t do:

This isn’t a CC finds kind of blog, this is more like a list of all the CC creators out there.

Mobile users and the preview function on tumblr can show you the latest information that will be given. I’m thinking of concepts on how to make this nice to scroll through as a phone user. But right now, this blog is only desktop friendly!

Known issues

Mobile users can’t really use the page at the moment

Not all the tags work, which is why I need your entry!
