The Sky Is Grey | Aro

It had taken five minutes for Arawn to glance outside, roll his eyes, and debate over whether he would simply keep his business closed and work on his research. He had never been one to enjoy the colder weather changes. He loathed the fact that he needed to wear more layers, and that ultimately there wasn’t anyone who could look remotely professional in snow gear. Revolting.
And of course, it took five minutes for Connor to dart out of the house and go stomping in the snow, throwing it in the air with the glee of a five year old. “Master Prydain look! The first snow fall!” Arawn glared at the sky, though he did take the time to collect that as a potential ingredient. Though he typically never used anything so pure, there was no ruling it out. Plus, he could theoretically think of a dark spell to concoct. Perhaps taint the air every time it snowed. Poison the next snow fall? A bit aggressive, but he liked the dark paths his mind was leading him down as he finally followed his associate out.
Connor drifted around and Arawn followed, his mood getting blacker and blacker the more that the idiot raced around, built snowmen, and legitimately decided that he ought to drag his boss, the man who had brought him back to life, ice skating. Arawn was sure he would kill Connor again just once so he could relieve some of his anger. Weather changes seemed to make his associate even less useful than he already was. It was the greatest tragedy of his life thus far. He watched as his associate was surprisingly skilled on ice skates. And honestly, how useless was he that ice skating was his unique talent? Arawn would be far better off with his bodies suited for war.
But his crypt was sealed carefully, and Connor had his uses that the soldiers did not. And there they were, Arawn glowering at the ice skating idiot, though he was quickly distracted when he felt an unusual...presence drift toward him. His expression softened and he glanced over to catch sight of....a unique figure. “Not one to join in with the shenanigans then?” he called out, figuring he could at least start a conversation, find out more.
