((oh ouCH Daycareverse (the verse where both the science babies suffered the brain damage) Simmons alone on the alien planet without her medicines Simmons trying to remember how to orient in strange landscapes Simmons almost giving up until a hallucination of Fitz gets her going and encourages her to stay alive, reminds her of the plants she already tried, tells her not to give up because she will get home Simmons almost thinking the flare wasn't real and almost not following it until hallucination!Fitz reminds her that came from the portal Simmons' months of speech therapy going haywire with nobody to talk to and has a hard time understanding English for an hour or so until it clicks into place Simmons not sure if Fitz is real now that she's back home FitzSimmons crying hugs Fitz moving a cot to her room so she won't feel alone (and him too)
