Hey Steve. How are you?

((Ahhhhhhhhh come into my arms, bby
))
Steve moved forward and lifted her chin up to look at him in the eye." Don't tell me I shouldn't because I'm pretty stubborn when I want to. Frankly, if you want /this/ to work we need to get to know each other and that's what I want," he paused and gave the other a soft smile. "you."
Her mind was telling her to shake her head and get rid of his hold, but she couldn’t. “I can’t.” she muttered, getting lost in his eyes. She felt so weak, all the confidence left her and it was like she is going to drop dead any second. “I…I don’t know…what to tell you.” she dropped her gaze down a bit. “I’m nothing special.” Was lying to him really a good idea? “I have a normal life.” she was still a good lier, but she would be ten times as much if the person she was lying to wasn’t him. “I just…” This is hard.
Steve's smile faded slightly, confusion appearing on his face as he watched the woman's expression changing into something else. "Have I said something I shouldn't ?"
"No." she made a small and weak smile, which could easily be read as fake, even though she was so good with fooling people with it. Maybe she didn’t want it to look real, maybe a part of her wanted to tell the truth. "You said everything right. Just right." she added and pushed a strand of hair behind her ear. "I just don’t think you should know much about me." she muttered and looked down. For the first time, she wasn’t proud of being herself. For the first time, she was embarrassed by her doings.
