TOMB RAIDER X DELTA FORCE coming april 30th.
As an extension to the context in the show vs books - is there anything so far in the WoT show that is a potential spoiler for plots past the first book? I've only just finished the first book after starting it in prep for the show coming out (I'm a slow reader and my brain struggles to focus on audiobooks - also why I try to watch CR more than listen my brain needs the visual stimuli 😅) so I'm debating whether to start the show now and watch alongside as I read the rest or wait until I've made a dent in the series
Not yet! Everything so far is either new content or still in book one territory. I know they've said they'll end up touching on some book 2 and 3 plot points, but it hasn't happened yet.
your eivor/randvi takes are impeccable thank you for feeding my need for headcanons about them
i live to serve rarepair headcanons

Question for debate: if the two people on a ship...
i’d say queerbaiting is coding characters as queer/a platonic relationship between two same-sex characters as romantic but never delivering on making said character explicitly queer or turning the relationship romantic (usually by throwing said characters into ships with people of the opposite sex). having a character or characters be explicitly queer but never give them relationships to avoid having queer “content” is shitty but not necessarily queerbaiting
that’s fair and exactly what i thought but you explained so much better. and i agree with you. it’s all about coding as queer and never doing anything and usually using opposite sex to deny the idea they could be queer.
that’s why queliot can’t be called queerbaiting cause nobody is coding them as queer to show later how straight they are. but we can point out it’s just shitty of not doing it.
