This movie includes two things i love. 1) books and 2) bill nighy though the movie is so much more than that. It's beautiful but tragic at the same time. A battle of a building and a damage of goals. The rich getting what they want while the dreamer is forced to suffer the consequences of the rich. There is something in The Bookshop that I don't think I've seen done before and it worked. Instead of having the voice over of someone reading a letter or a camera reading the letter, they instead had the writer of the letter say what they had written.
