Book Review #3: Alexander Hamilton by Ron Chernow. This is a fascinating look into the life of Hamilton. Although it’s a little long, the 738 page book is great for when you’re traveling, spending the day on a lounge chair in the sun, or have the time to read with coffee in bed before your day starts! Chernow’s writing makes you feel as though you can trust his facts. I am mesmerized by all of the intricate and careful research that you can tell was done to write this book. I think that everyone should read up on the founding fathers. Not only do you understand more about politics, and how the US nation was formed, you learn more about a type of resilience, innovation, and determination that was evident in these men’s lives, all of which we should still strive to achieve today.
