Uh. Hey.

So, I’ve been gone for a-while from both this blog and my work. I wanted to tell you all why.

I’ve had issues with my mental health for an extremely long time, as long as I can remember. I’ve had nightmares of a traumatic experience which hinders my ability to sleep properly, and I finally decided that I couldn’t take it anymore and that I needed to get it checked.

I’ve been going through therapy and medications this whole time, and it’s slowly starting to become a-little better to sleep at night. It is a huge step for me because I always thought it was embarrassing.. but with the support of my buddies and my boyfriend it’s been way better than I expected.

Anyway, yeah. I’m supposed to start working again Monday. I missed everyone!
