9 weeks ago today l pulled my low back really badly, 2 weeks later when I felt like I was around 95% better I lifted more weight than I should have and re injured it. The last 7 weeks I've been to the chiropractor weekly, massage @celina_530 most weeks, also massage w/ @rckrjesse, cupping and acupuncture @flowacupuncture, and strength and mobility @tay.__w. I just started using some weight, and I'm so thankful for that! Now it's going to take all my restraint to build VERY slowly with weight over the next few weeks.
