...how?
(my guess is heat was involved)
Too much torque, not even sure what that is there, initial guess of spark plug socket doesn't work it's not squared on the inside

found this at Kroger. it's really very sweet. and not in a good way. 1/10 will not buy again.
Never seen the creme pies before, the cookie sticks are good though I do know that one.
I called Firestone and asked them how much it would cost for a standard tune up and I asked what all it entails so I can get the necessary parts and the dude started listing off things that have nothing to do with a tune up like coolant flush and brake fluid exchange. final estimate was over $800. I'm just thinking you're trying to pull one over on me cause I'm a woman aren't you. I even mentioned I worked at a car parts store so I'm not a complete n00b when it comes to cars.
one of my coworkers called a client we have through our store and they said they'd look at the car for free, tell me what parts I need, and charge $140 labor.
I'm tired of this pervasive belief that just because I'm a woman I can't tell when I'm being scammed when it comes to cars.
Not just women anymore for this kind of thing, lot of people just don't know and some shops will consider everyone ignorant from the word go.
I will say that up-selling has always been a thing, but that's excessive there, that's no longer a tune up, that's 100,000 mile maintenance, which if they called it that it would be totally different
Ok got that wrong, it's the 105,000 mile maintenance.
This is direct from the manufacturer for your specific vehicle.
Well Kelly Blue Book, but they took it from the manufacturer.
No way to know what the cost is going to be because parts are going to be different if things need to be changed, air filter and tranny fluid flush it's impossible to know,
Also impossible to know if those things need to be done since they haven't done a inspection.
If it's just the plugs you should be able to do parts for under $20, parts I saw included the coils too it all was still under $80.
Sending you a video of the how to for your car too, stupid easy to do a plug swap.
For shits and giggles I checked the 150,000 mile chart.
That looks more like what you said they were looking to do for you, checked the 75,000 and it didn't have any of the 'drain, flush, and fill' stuff in there so 150 is a big one by design and $800 is actually pretty reasonable, did the front brakes on my moms van few years back saved her $400 by doing that myself.
my boss said there was nothing in policy again unnatural hair colors so I pulled out my manic panic and had some fun. I always just dye the tips cause if I need to get rid of it I can always just cut my hair.
the color is voodoo Blue.
huzzah for blue hair colour,
I get weirded out when I hear about manic panic existing still, feels like a relic from long long ago.
Next up I'll walk past a display for Punky Color which likely still exists but occupies the same space in my head as manic panic does.
Do the kids still use kool aid to temporarily colour their hair or did that one die out?
found out recently that legislation passed to make my city a no kill city for shelter aminals. and that was the end of it. no funding given, no new shelters built. no plan for what to do when at capacity. just "don't kill animals" *pat on the back* our job here is done.
it's that first order thinking. the water came out of the tap, but they gave no mind to the machinations that bring the water to the tap.
so when they're at capacity people are kinda screwed. and that's how we get animals abandoned on the side of the road or tied up in bags and thrown in the lake.
I don't know if I should be sad or furious. maybe both.
Let's hope they realize what they've set in motion before things start to go south for the shelters.
Sad and disappointed but not surprised would be my thinking on how to be.
it's actually more the progressives that need to be condemned rather than the whole left, but yeah, man, preach

the brazen way hamass is doing it is honestly the most shocking part of the whole thing, the resounding silence is expected.
The public executions aren't really terribly unexpected either though, totally on brand for hamass, add in the need to reassert control and project strength they're going to have now after all their losses it all ends up being far from shocking it's happening.
As for the deafening silence we're getting, I'm wondering how much of it is silence and how much is coverage isn't happening.
I'm going with most of it being silence, but I can't honestly say I'm 100% on it being totally ignored.
Just mostly

What do we got today?
I really enjoy how willing John Cena is to be a total goober on screen, still have no idea what the show is about other than some kind of superhero thing, but that is a fun intro

kammy and hillary are funny there too, since they lost to the guy
Hey HilDawg, remember when you called black men super predators?
Oh the Garden thing, that was fun especially when they pointed out that bill clinton did his thing there too.
Wonder how many of those reporters still have the same job now,
Was fun to see the people at the forefront of the rhetoric pushing all this shit on top of the tacit calls for violence they'd made all of a sudden start saying people need to turn the temperature down after Charlie Kirk was assassinated.
Which anyone that tries will be hard pressed to convince me that was anything other than a act of self preservation on their parts after they realized that the gloves might be coming off.
Some I imagined were expecting a variation on the 2020 summer of love, some were likely looking forward to something like that happening I imagine as well, that would confirm their belief that they are on the right side of the whole thing.
Standing up there on their hilltop like the Grinch after he'd stolen all the Christmas decorations seeing the Who's down in Whoville gathering together in love, except unlike him their hearts did not grow at all.
And then a little while later they abandoned all pretense of toning down the rhetoric, because it's not like they cared about anyone but themselves.
