Hi, I am starting to learn copperplate calligraphy and I was wondering which ink do you recommend on using? I was using Noodler's x-Feather because it was what I had from my fountain pen and it worked beautifully, later on I was recommended Black Aurora which was a pain to work with, it remained on the nib for a really short time resulting in constant dipping and frustration. Do you have a favourite ink? Or is my problem something else I need to work on?

Thank you for this interesting question. Unfortunately I have not been experimenting with different inks and can not assist you anymore than I can ask a more experienced artist your same question. If you can wait for me to get more art supplies I will gladly do a comparison review for you. Until then, perhaps one of my followrs will have a better answer for you.
