A survival kit? What the fuck was he going to do with that? He was doing well surviving as it was. He didn’t need some lame kit to try to help him out. Maybe he’d give it to Estella once he saw her. As it were, that’s exactly who he was looking for and tracking her down had been harder than he first thought it would. By the time he reached the area she was in, he had managed to stab two more people, but he didn’t wait around long enough to see if they were dead.

Personally, he could care less. He had one job and that was to get to Estella before she ended up seriously hurt -- or dead. He’s pretty sure Erebus would be remotely pissed off and he was wanting to avoid that. Especially since he was probably going to live through this. “You can come out, Estella.” He knew she had been gifted a gun. He liked the idea of her having something other than a knife. He just wasn’t sure if she’s managed to kill anyone. That was one thing he needed to figure out and he’d do that once he got her out in the open. There had been a small chance he would have slaughtered her had she disrespected him, but she’s been nothing but nice to him.

So, in turn. He was returning the favor. “I have a survival kit. It’ll be better if we share it.” It came with something to put water in which meant he’d have to track back into the marsh eventually to gather the water once they were out.
