✰ } It was a warm sunny day in the late seventeenth century. After being pestered at by her husband she needed to get out of the mansion. It really was hard work... being an heiress. Not to mention that she didn't even love her husband, it was a forced marriage. It was something that she just couldn't get out of; stuck to someone she didn't even love. Sighing to herself, the blonde sat down in front of a vast oak tree. The leaves were lush green with apples hanging off its branches.
Her gloved palms rested on her cheeks as she moped silently. The hot summer wind slightly blew her way as the locks of hair covering her face had uncovered her beauty.
"Why did everything have to be this way...?"
If only she fought back more, if she kept pushing it maybe things wouldn't be how it was today. Her lower lip quivered before she shook her head and focused her eyes on a ripe juicy red apple hanging off of the oak's tree branch. As much as she tried to focus on anything else but her life, it wasn't working. The heiress began to feel her eyes slightly sting and before she knew it... a teardrop had fallen onto her pink dress. The ends of her eyes began to fill with hot salty tears.
But, before she could cry any longer; the sound of footsteps caught her ears. It speeded up faster and faster until she felt the vibration right next to her. Turning her head, she saw a man around her age wearing a pierrot mask and having spiky pink hair. Lucy's look became confused as he stood before her.
