Despite being one herself, Lapis Lazuline was fascinated by other magical girls. She just thought that they were all so cool. Getting to meet others had to be one of the best parts of being a magical girl- second only to being able to use her powers to help others.
Take this one, for example. She had a flower blooming on her head. You can’t get much cooler than that!
“Is it real?” She asked, staring wide eyed at the plant.
