Vulpecula Malfoy is a student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry whose life had turned on its head when she was sorted into Gryffindor among the Weasley family, and later Hermione Granger and the ever infamous Harry Potter. Hogwarts was supposed to be the girl's break from her estranged father and haughty mother but when things start going wary at the school, it's up to Vulpecula and her newfound friends to figure out what to do and how to save those from the looming threat of Lord Voldemort.

Vulpecula Malfoy, known as Lula to her friends, is the older sister of Draco and the daughter of Lucius and Narcissa Malfoy. In the Malfoy family, Vulpecula is considered the black sheep. She was cunning but very compassionate and emotional. Her first year at Hogwarts started off with her mingling with George Weasley on the platform and then getting sorted into Gryffindor, shocking the entirety of the Great Hall. When Lucius heard of it, he told Dumbledore that the Sorting Hat must’ve been bewitched for a Malfoy doesn’t belong in Gryffindor. 

Like Harry Potter, Vulpecula is a horcrux that contains a part of Voldemort’s soul. Unknown to her, Lucius gave Voldemort permission to split his soul into his infant child if needed to be. When Voldemort killed Lily and James Potter, and failed in killing baby Harry, he sent out a fragment of his being into Vulpecula and by mistake, Harry. 

Her best friends include Nyla Sparks and Fred and George Weasley

Her story truly starts when she’s in her Third Year and the Chamber of Secrets is opened.

Owena Astrid Torrence | Dream Catcher

Owena Astrid Torrence was born from one of her father's many drunken nights at bars and going back to a women's home. Her mother believed she was evil and tried to get "rid" of her but from Owena Astrid's genetic ability that her father, Danny Torrence, passed onto her, she survived. Danny took her, raising her to not use her gift of the Shine and to remain hidden from the horrors that seek in the corners of the world. 

2011, age 10, Owena Astrid moves with her father to a small town for a fresh start and him and Owena Astrid start to receive telepathic messages from a girl named Abra. Danny begins a job at a Hospice to which Owena Astrid helps him out so she doesn’t stay home alone and befriends a cat named Azzie who visits patients who are about to die. Owena Astrid and Danny follow the cat, them using their shining ability to give the passing patients a sense of peace and they begin calling Danny “Doctor Sleep” and Owena Astrid “Dream Catcher”.

2019, age 17, Owena Astrid is walking home from a night out with friends and senses a boy named Bradley getting tortured by the True Knot, a group of quasi-immortal vampires led by a women called Rose the Hat, feeding on his steam--a psychic essence produced when the people who possess the shining are dying in pain. From this, Abra finds Owena Astrid and Danny, asking for their help which dives them straight into a fighting territory of power and mind.
