     plate of ambrosia is held forth for the god, yet remains ignored as it has been thrice before. how many days has young goddess made her way to the forges to see that brother does not neglect himself and his needs? their mother certainly won't do it, and their father would have to pay his children mind to notice hephaestus has been absent from meals as of late. enyo has noticed, and has made efforts to draw him out to no avail. now she just wants him to eat the ambrosia and drink the nectar she brings him.

Acts of swallowing his pride were few and far between, and whenever one managed to rear it's ugly head, Ares could condemn it and avoid it as much as possible. Certain things could not be avoided for eternities, and try as he might his options were quite slim with this particular problem in mind. The reason as to why Ares wore strife, distaste, and, subtly, defeat so openly as he strode through Olympus was because of his destination. History lied here, deep seeded history that was full of deceit and adultery that was wholly his own doing. He knew it had been wrong, and he did not care. Thus this humbling experience of making his way to Hephaestus' armory was one he likely would've put above being flayed as more difficult to endure. Rightfully the blacksmith had every notion to hold ire against him, and not-so-rightfully Ares held a good deal of rage back in return. Embarrassed, he had been publically humiliated by this lame man. Tension enveloped him as he entered, throat clearing as the only sign of greeting he could offer. How had he been given the hand of Aphrodite when the man could barely walk--there was good reason why she sought comfort with him inste---no. No. That was a poisonous line of thought. "I require your services."

             "Obviously we have no idea what  you are talking about."  Nyx rolled her eyes. Erebus on the other hand stayed quiet, he felt like he had nothing to say.

22. Who are their friends? Lovers? ‘Type’ or ‘ideal’ partner?

She considers Apollo, Ganymede  (it might not be reciprocated though ) and Hermes her friends; and wants a friendship with Eros because she admires him. Typically she is the kind that likes to have friends over anything else. At one point she had been friends with Aphrodite but when constantly referred to as the other goddess’s attendant when she worked alongside Aphrodite, it upset her. She has had only one other lover besides Hermes, and that is the primordial king of Argo, and as of right now she is trying to open herself up to someone else. Her ideal lover is someone who is faithful only to her, someone who understands pain and doesn’t run from it. She typically wants someone to save, as she is the one who constantly need others to rely on.
