I think it’d be different! At least in my interpretation. Her luck was controlled, and when it stopped you’d get bad luck. This isn’t Luffy being able to inflict luck on people or take it away, this is just Luffy being stupidly lucky Somehow dodging bullets or having something occur to get in the way, miraculously getting out of situations he physically shouldn’t be able to. It isn’t really an active, weaponized power as much as “Local Aspiring Pirate King is Obnoxiously Fortunate and Nobody Can Seem to Kill Him for Some Reason”
