hi hi! thank you for making us a great code, i'm using it right now on one of my blogs. i just wanted to know background dimensions and how long our 'refresh' can be? also, what do i put in the links? the urls?

( oh it’s no problem, hon! thank you for actually using my code ♥ and i realise that the way i’ve named each option on the customising sidebar may be confusing, so i’m going to give you a detailed explanation of what everything means under the cut!! )

( first of all, the dimensions of the background graphics i usually make are 1264 width x 752 height! i recommend using similar dimensions for a neater look. okay, now let’s get on what images can be embedded into your theme!!

( okay, ‘tags’ refers to the image that will act as a background image to the tags container. it’s honestly an optional thing that you can forgo altogether if you so wish.

( ‘divtip’ refers to the gif/still image that will act as a background in your tooltip when you hover over titled links! it is highly recommended that you upload something there, even if it’s just a plain colour, because the background is transparent otherwise! this may make it hard to read link titles. dimensions do NOT matter; the entire image will automatically fit into the container!

( ‘h3′ is the gif/still image that acts as a background in the headers

found in your popups! this is also optional, but i think it’ll look better if you slot something in there. again, dimensions don’t matter, as i’ve made it so that the entire image will fit into the container. ‘background’ is kind of self-explanatory.

( this is where it can get confusing. ‘refresh’ refers to the actual title displayed on your blog that links back to the first page. ‘refresh title’ is the message you see in your tooltip when you hover over the ‘refresh’. you can make your ‘refresh title’ as long as you want, but keep the ‘refresh’ as short as possible. i recommend using a single word, which can be your url, a descriptor of your muse, etc.

( okay, links. do not put any urls (e.g. /rules, /about) in these sections. the role of each link has already been set up in the code! the FIRST link is your messages pop up, which displays your ask and submit box if you’ve enabled that. the SECOND link is your RULES popup, the THIRD link is your ABOUT THE MUSE popup, the FOURTH link is your VERSES popup, and the FIFTH link is your NAVIGATION popup.

( i’ve just made it so that you can change the message you see in your tooltip when you hover over each link. e.g. you may put ‘messages’ or ‘inbox’ or ‘approach’ in ‘link 1′.

( okay, there’s quite a lot of cover here but most of it is simple enough to figure out!! ‘elements outline’ determines the colour of the stroke/border around words of your h1 headings, your h2 headings, and any asker URLs!

( ‘background’ is simple enough. i recommend making this colour the same to the background colour you used in your background graphic! ‘refresh’ determines the colour of your title. ‘refresh outline’ refers to the colour of the border around your title. anything ending with ‘outline’ refers to the colour of the border surrounding the respective theme element. they are NOT supposed to be matching colours --- similar colours are fine, as long as you can distinguish between the two (otherwise your bold and italics and everything else will look really thick and really Bad).

( ‘underline’ refers to the colour of the little subheadings in your pop ups! ‘underline glow’ determines what colour your subheadings will glow. everything else is self-explanatory! i do recommend making ‘border’ and ‘pagination’ the same colour, as i’ve coded it so that pagination options rest on the outer border of your posts. it’s just a personal preference, but i think it looks really good when it seems like the word ‘rise’ and ‘fall’ have melded with the border!

Hi Zelda! I didn't see anything about theme help on your WID, but I was wondering if you know of any themes that are game of thrones inspired? Google and the tumblr search are failing me. :/

hi love ! i’m sorry, i also came up unsuccessful in my search ! i recommend finding a highly customizable theme and tailoring your graphics & color story to match ! here, here & here are some that i think would work ! hope this helped !

Do you know any good themes for a supernatural rp?

That's a bit tricky. I'd considering something simple, since the plot is very bold and out there. Not entirely simple though. Something like this, this, this is a really good one, anything by her would be suitable, as well. If you'd like anymore suggestions don't hesitant to let me know, friend.

Editing the theme.

But, I need some help. I can't get my links to redirect to other blogs. And, I'm too tired to try and work this out. Can one of you lovely, lovely people help me out?  <3

Changed my theme yesterday. I'm pretty happy with it. Except I liked the way my old one showed my followers on the side.
