I found this list of character aesthetic thingies, and it was more of a ‘tag yourself’ thing, but I decided to take it as a prompt list and try and create OCs from each aesthetic/theme. For each, I intend to do a drawing, a picrew, and then a moodboard which will include the drawing, picrew and the aesthetic/theme list within it.
Jethro Hartzler is ‘saltwater’. He is a Final Destination OC, and I have sent him to this SYOC by Orlando Butler. It has a deadline of May 1 if anyone is interested in submitting, by the way.
Anyway, Jethro is 25, and works in the library of the university he graduated from the year before. He does the late night shifts, so his life is a somewhat nocturnal one. He left the Amish at the age of 18, and is still figuring out his way in the world. He is soft, gentle, sweet and earnest and though he is a pretty good painter and cook, his real love is books. All books, any books. Though all sorts of seemingly ordinary things overwhelm him, at the same time he is fascinated by it all. He loves the bright lights of New York, where he lives.
