Mornings had never been Mycroft's favourite time of day - especially not when he found himself going into work during the morning rush hour. It was all just a little too busy for him. Still, he supposed it could be worse. The crowds outside his office tended to know him, and therefore they moved out of his way.
Things were different today though - there seemed to be a woman standing directly outside the door into the building. Mycroft walked up to her and got her attention with a polite cough. "Excuse me, I don't know if you're aware but you're standing outside the entrance to one of the more important buildings in the British government. Could you please move yourself so people can get in?"
