I had a great lunch the other day at @potatoldn. I went for the pulled bbq duck, with sesame seeds, and swapped out the mozzarella for blue cheese. Fantastic substitution, if I can say so myself. I’d never thought about blue cheese on a jacket potato before, now I’ll never have anything else.
