Thank you, @colinodonoghue1, for making Gordo Cooper such an amazing and lovable character (even with all his faults!) in the short period of time we got to spend with him. In just eight episodes, you brought him to life in such a way that was so personal and identifiable (his last line of the series being ‘i don’t know’ when asked what he was doing was SUCH a mood, honestly!). I’m sad we won’t be continuing on this journey with you as Gordo and I’m extremely bummed we never got to see you play this character when he finally made his journey to space. It was the highlight of the book and I was so looking forward to seeing you portray that!
