Altered Admiration || Kyouhei & Roxie
"Thank you, goodnight!" were the words that wrapped up a dazzling performance by Koffing and the Toxics. The crowd was still going wild over the new single the band performed at the end. This concert was solely for the music, so Roxie and her bandmates were able to go all out.
The concert was held in the Pokemon Musical building in Nimbasa City. They set the place up nicely just for the band to perform. The change in venue caused people from all over to come. It may had been one of the biggest turn outs Roxie had ever seen! It was insane. The rather large building was packed full of people who were there for one thing: to listen to Roxie's band.
The young musician had only been in the business for a few months now. She always dreamed of making it big, but never thought she'd see it come true, especially not this soon! Her doubts of this career turning out to be a total failure slowly began to dwindle away, perhaps because of her growing ego.
The toxic trio were pretty tuckered out after their performance. They'd never been so pumped before, and it surely showed on stage. Though it had been an exciting and successful night, they were all ready to hightail out of there.
The three exited through the back, only to be greeted by screaming and adoring fans, asking for autographs and frantically expressing their love for the band.
Girls claiming their kid belonged to Nicky and marriage proposals towards Billy Jo were always entertaining for their lead singer to listen to. Of course, she was too young for fans to say such things to her, but she received praise, nonetheless. And though it was overbearing at times, it was something they'd all have to get used to.
The tour bus was just beyond the heard of admirers. They respectfully parted in the middle for the band to walk through them to board their ride home. Roxie and the other two would stop after a couple of steps to grab the papers outstretched towards them with pens in the other hand to sign their names with.
Roxie would watch the reaction of some who would jump up and down in pure bliss just from a simple signature. Her signature.
This feeling was surreal. Just her name alone was worth thousands. She had made her way to true stardom.
