He’s not confirmed to be gay, but there are certainly signs of it.

It was just a response to an anon that was sent to @beach-bummer-jellyfish and how they shouldn’t headcanon Kermit as gay.

Kermit and Piggy + kids (aka how well are they around kids. whos better with children, whos more patent, who do the kids like better. how are kermit and piggy as baby sitters... you know things of that nature :D :D :D <3 <3 <3)

I imagine that Miss Piggy positively ADORES kids and really, really wants some of her own. She really wants to be a mother. But other kids also get on her nerves to a point when they're too out of control. Still, she wants to experience the joys of motherhood. I think she'd be like one of those, "I love my kids, and everyone else's kids could learn a thing or two from mine!" mothers. ......But she also has a bit less patience and that would make her the disciplinarian. Ya know? And Kermit is positively a gem with children. He's calm and understanding and can tap into that same essence of imagination to make learning fun. (I mean, he was a main character on Sesame Street for a reason. ;-) ). He's the teacher and the friend, and good at conveying life lessons and anecdotes. He's the calm one and children are just drawn to him. They also love playing with himChildren are also drawn to Miss Piggy because she's so pretty and sassy. Despite her short patience, they don't hate her. They just know not to try any funny business around her lest they get in big trouble. You don't want to make Piggy mad.I also think that Miss Piggy is secretly a little intimidated by kids? Like, she gets anxious if they start getting to crazy, which is when she'll put her foot down. (Being around a group as wacky as The Muppets have given her a lot of practice). But I imagine she'd be really worried about being a good mother and whether or not her own kids would like her. Like, she's fierce on the outside, but on the inside she does worry about these things.So yeah, Piggy's the disciplinarian. She loves kids and wants some of her own, but doesn't want to mess up as a mom. And kids adore her too.Kermit just gets along with kids period. So he doesn't really have anything to worry about. Interacting with and taking care of children is like second nature to him.

--;awwww thank you. i just post things i would personally laugh at and its pretty crazy that people i dont know about find them funny as well?? i mean im not deleting because of that. if i made someone laugh because of my dumb edits or posts then i think thats cool tbh. definitely not something id regret--unless people find them offensive of ive hurt someone because of it. (dead tadashi jokes are an exception though c; ). but like its mostly because of real life matters and the anxiety i get whenever i log in. its like i have to live up to some sort of expectation thats put on me and its??? but yeah. if ever i do decide to delete i could only wish there was some way my posts would still be up so people can still look at them if they want
