 he sort of like it. and by sort of I mean, he does not mind the rain it mostly makes him feel sleepy but rain is a strange thing for him. it makes him feel strange in a way. 

back in Winterfell he would always try and get out and run in the rain if he could even if his mother would try to stop him. 

sure shaggy is with him always, as they run but rickon is not a big fan of the smell that comes from shaggy afterward and would make the wolf go dry off, or he’d find towels from his sleeping chambers and attack shaggy with it. 

unless he was not allowed outside at all that rainy day, he would easily fall asleep to the sounds of it on either his mother lap or snuggling up to shaggy.
