Training
"So, are you and Jesse hitched yet?" Alaina joked as she quietly walked up behind the tiny blonde girl. It wasn't often that Alaina ventured outside of Narnia, but she had offered to teach Leslie how to sword fight. Alaina couldn't imagine why the girl had requested to learn, but she had jumped on the spot nonetheless.
Shaking the rest of the jokes from her head, Alaina stood beside Leslie, hands shoved in her coat pocket. "How are you, by the way?" Manners were never Alaina's best subject, but she had been trying harder now. It was as if she had no choice, Rane was always up her butt about it.
Hair
Headcanon
While Wanda was in Melanie’s body, she enjoyed cutting her hair quite short just to annoy Mel. But after she started feeling close with Melanie, she let her hair grow out and secretly enjoyed it when people would play with her hair. Now, Wanda enjoys taking advice from others and changing up her hair from time to time. When she is in serious thought, she will even tie her hair back if it’s long.
♛:Sharing a dessert
"And now for dessert!" Jesse laughed lightly, lifting his eyebrows in the process. "Made it myself." He nodded, quite proud of himself as he set down the plate containing one piece of german chocolate cake frosted with whipped vanilla icing, topped with whipped cream and a cherry, drizzled with caramel sauce.
"Happy 18 month anniversary." Jesse whispered into Leslie's ear before tucking her hair behind her ear and covering her cheek with kisses. Boy, she sure looked glowing in this candle light.
"Try a bite!" Jesse encouraged, as he dug the fork into the tip of the cake, raising it up to Leslie's mouth. "Trust me, it's delicious."
I Can't
The sun was out, the air was warm, and it was bound to be a good day. Jess woke up for school with a smile on his face. He put on his orange t-shirt and blue jeans with a blue jacket. Unwillingly, he put on his sisters old pair of shoes. Thankfully, he had at least gotten most of the pink covered up now. He picked his school bag up, and ran downstairs to the kitchen. Anymore, it seemed he had just enough time to choke down cereal before he had to run outside to do his chores.
He had a routine down, and anymore it didn't take him forever to finish. A couple of weeks ago, Jess had the brilliant idea that, to cool off, he could turn on the sprinklers and run through them, instead of around them. That had now become a part of his daily routine. "Maybelle!" Jess shouted, as he saw the school bus pulling up down the street. Their older sisters, Brenda and Ellie, were already down there. Just before Jess was ready to holler for his sister again, he saw her little head bobbing through the yard.
