Yeah I understand, but the best way for me to make sure it gets into my routine was to take a fitness class in order to make sure I get some exercising done, even if i am lazy later ^^ haha but i got super bad over winter break... yay college haha. i dont have a treadmill or anything, and i wouldnt go jogging in my neighborhood o.o that would require sprinting the entire way, no power walking or pausing for breath... haha you will get in shape quickly. and your welcome!

winter break is about relaxation, so i totally get you B)

and yea, i totally understand about having to sprint. my neighborhood is relatively quiet and is basically filled with eldery ladies so its pretty safe most times, but then there's that occasional car that slows down next to me when i'm in the middle of my jog that makes me run for my life, no looking back, just need to get home asap. urgh, i really hate fearing for my life 24/7 because of men tbh

ah please dont listen to anons, your kakaotalk stories are amazing, and as a writer myself, i know writers block SUCKS... you will think of something, i am sure, and it isnt their place to say you are being lazy when they are probably lazier than you are. ^^ do what you have to love.

AWE I am sorry! I kinda force my friends into it at first, and then they actually got into the rhythm of it and it bugs them when we don't get to do it. haha. We have actually been eating more Asian like foods, eating miso soup, and cooking at home more ^^ I've lost a good amount of weight. but hey, if you want someone to talk with about progress and to help keep you on track, you can talk to me xD since I am doing the same.

i tried to get them into it but they've all made up excuses like "oh i have no time, i need to study" or "i have lots of chores to do when i get home" and the classic "i hate exercise" :^(

that's good!!!! and i don't really do much (just jogging in the morning when i can on a treadmill) lately since i'm really busy with work and school but i'm hoping to start again in a few weeks and i'll be sure to let you know how it's going, thanks!!!

You are doing this? ^^ The workout plan I mean, are you doing it together with anyone? IT IS ALSO A LOT MORE FUN WHEN YOU ARE DOING WITH SOMEONE YOU ARE CLOSE TO, like your best friend ^^ They also tend to kick you in the butt to keep you on track. That is what my best friends and I are doing together... This has helped me. :)

I WISH. i tried to get my friends into it but they have no interest in working out /cries/ i did get one of them to do it with me for 3 months and a few weeks until she totally gave up BECAUSE SHE'S A WEAK, WEAK GIRL AND CAN'T HANDLE SWEATING AND MUSCLE PAIN. :^| 

but i do occasionally do it with my sister but she can't always do it with me because SHE'S WEAK AND CAN'T WAKE UP EARLY IN THE MORNING.

so i mainly do it with me, myself and i. :^(

honestly, this is my first year. i am just getting my prerecs right now... they have this program here that i have to sign up for after i get my associates so i can get hands on training ^^ it is okay right now, so far the hardest classes for me are the ones where i cant see the professor. haha

oh!! how are you liking the other classes, though? :^) also i wish you luck in all your classes!!!
