The Pigeon Whisperer

Pigeon poo lines the concrete. Officials dressed in orange shirts hand out flyers begging people to not feed the pigeons. Yet, they’re still there by the hundreds. Pigeons cooing and whizzing within inches of people. No one seems to mind, though.
