#yogateacher on the road, I thought all I needed is my shoes, my wheels and my heart to get quiet in the eye of the storm and do what I needed to do. I've realized there is a lot more to it. Today is an extra special day for me and for 20 others who I've been studying, laughing, crying with on and off for the past 5 months. I've gotten my first real taste of a community here In Toronto where I can really show up, where people expect my integrity, gifts, sensitivity, talents, scars, and light to show up with me. Cosmic gratitude to octopus garden yoga centre, my teachers, pat, Scott, jesse and Hali, and congratulations to all the other 300-hour grads I've walked this road with. I needed that.
