screw anonymous because tbh you already know full well how i feel about your skye. you have spot-on characterisation and are probably hands-down the best skye/daisy I've ever written with. when it was first announced that ward was the head of hydra i thought for sure i'd have to go au, but something about writing with you makes me play that darker version of him, and i'm always so pleased with what i'm able to offer you. maybe you inspire me to be better, or something, but anyway you're AMAZING.

           a wave of ( r e l i e f ) washed over the youngest member of coulson’s team after she had heard grant speak. coulson was back, safe from the clutches of the clairvoyant and raina. also, she was allowed back onto the bus, despite agent hand not wanting her to be on it. for a while, she had thought that she would lose the first thing that she felt like she was a part of and the people she had grown to love like a family. even though despite how much she wanted a family, skye never knew what it was like to have one. yet, coulson’s team felt like one, at least, what she imagined having a family felt like.

                    skye’s lips curved into a smile prior to the words that were soon pouring from her mouth. ❛    —- like i said, pieces solving a puzzle. and as corny as this sounds, you’ll never be alone. —- you have us, grant. we’re a TEAM after all.   ❜

            the entire team besides simmons knew that ward was the head            of hydra and daisy had been told that several people wanted her            former supervisory officer killed for good. however, daisy wanted            to talk to him before hunter found him. so, daisy found him first.
