Throwing another 'crazy' theory for Season 3 of Hazhin Hotel out there: Lilith & Alastor Edition.
So, out of the First Humans: Lilith (and Lucifer) is sentenced to Hell, Adam and Able make it to Heaven, Caine is cursed to wander the Earth forever and Eve....?
She was neither as guilty nor as innocent as every other party, so she got endless reincarnation. Round and round the cycle, basically.
So Season 3 rolls around and Lilith shows up at the hotel, right?
She's walking around with Charlie, being given the whole tour, and slowly but surely introduced to everyone (except Angel) from the main cast.
Lilith: And that's everyone?
Charlie (nervous): Ahh...yep. yep! That's everyone.
Charlie, remembering how the meeting with her dad went, asked Alastor for help with the kitchen and the kitchen staff, giving him a slightly fudged time of arrival for Lilith. She wants their first meeting to be somewhere private, not for them to make a scene in the finally filled lobby.
Jokes on her though.
Vaggi: She still has to meet Al.
Charlie: Ah...Vaggi...
Lilith: Al?
Vaggi: Yeah, Alastor, he's the Host, pretty sure he's currently scaring the kitchen staff into actually using the spice reck
And while Charlie is making arm signals a la 'abort!', Lilith's eyes go wide.
Lilith: Alastor? The Radio Demon is here? (Softer) He's alive?
We then get a scene of:
1. Alastor coming out of the kitchen with a smug smile, leaving behind terrified staff and the two seeing each other across the lobby. Eyes going wide, his ears moving, the whole thing. Meeting in the middle, and people are moving away from the two power houses, expecting a fight.
OR
2. Lilith marching off towards the kitchen. She moves between the workers, all the while Alastors voice echoes through the room reeming out some poor idiot over the misuse of 'something'. Lilith pushes her way through, maybe rattling something or releasing a wave of magic. Either way, Alastor turns, antlers already extended and dials ticking. And sees her. Everyone expects a fight.
They get a hug.
Turns out, Lilith and Alastor knew each other and used to be pretty close, though they kept that hidden from everyone so as to not have rumours of favouritism thrown around.
When Lilith was planning her uprising, he was right there beside her. And then Rosie caught wind of the whole thing and - whether or not she supported Lilith - decided she did not like her pet going out into danger on another woman's word/acting against Heaven/acting without her approval and, before the last meeting/the first planned gathering, locked him up.
Alastor tried to get a message out to Lilith before he got forced off air, but she only caught part off it and then he was gone. She couldn't even search for him because then Heaven arrived and she had to bargain with them to keep the Hellborn safe/Charlie & Lucifer safe by going to Heaven as a hostage/political prisoner (I would not be surprised if it turned out there was some kind of written deal and Lucifer missed it -> could bring in the Helluva Boss universe, considering Satan's 'I ruled the endless nights long begore the golden Angel's fall' bit and have it being him grasping for power).
Lilith, it turns out, learned about Alastor dyring his earlier years and found him interesting, so she sought him out. The more they interacted, the surer she grew that he was Eve's latest reincarnation (a free spirit of chaos with a protective streak for the smaller and softer things). Alastor is bemused by that, relatively certain he is no reincarnation, but they agree to disagree and continue on as is as they do get along very well and understand one another in a way few people do.
(It helps that Lilith, as Queen, has no need to try and use or leash him for his power and he has nothing he really needs from her/is too proud to ask her to break his contract with Rosie, determined to do it by himself.)
As for the dreaded 'Friend' word?
Lilith, seeing parts of Eve in her friend, has more or less stepped into the role of 'overprotective big sister'.
Alastor then spends most of the Season trying to hide what happened with Vox from her, very sure that she'll try to hunt down and permanently murder the TV otherwise and that's His rival, Lilith, not yours!
Charlie gains a strange sort-of Uncle, who drops by to give her cryptic advice, pats her head when she's vicious and acts as her 'scary dog privilege' when necessary, but otherwise sits back and let's her do her thing, though he might mock her for it.
(Charlie feels guilty about trying to hide Alastor from Lilith at their first meeting. Those two are rather proud of her for the 'misdirection and twisting the truth, well done my dear')
Including scenes like:
Alastor (taking Charlie aside): Do NOT tell her about Vox.
Charlie: Why not?
-> cuts to Lilith marching through the Entertainment district, sleeves rolled up, ready to skin Vox over perving on her little brother. Alastor and Charlie trailing behind her, uncertain but not able to stop her.
Lilith: The Vees will be fine. (pulling back a hand) Their tower on the other hand... (glass shattering, Valentino screaming)
Lucifer having a crisis in the background over the annoying bellhop now being family.
Alastor and Lilith having tea/coffee in the lobby and gossiping as he fills her in on everything Pride Ring Politics related she missed during her absence.
Just:
1. Get that deer someone who understands and supports him who he can be open with.
2. Let Lilith be a badass who did actually try to lead an uprising and almost managed it too!
If you want them to be the villains here it could be along the lines of Lilith still wanting to act against Heaven - explain her motivation maybe - and Alastor still agreeing and supporting her and Charlie having to talk them out of it.
