Hello!!

UHHHH, sorry for dying there for a sec!!

I'll try getting to answering and posting again 😭😭 just been busy, IRL stuff, finally started digital art and I CAN'T STOP- and I ALSO joined ART FIGHT?? but that's beside the point- I'm working on a little something for Undertale!! It's not the big something I had planned before because I realised that's ACTUALLY INSANE and I wouldn't be able to finish it in time even if I had STARTED IT AT THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR-

Anyway, it's something else now (REALLY HOPE I'LL MANAGE IT), but it's still a... cool something. I'll definitely show off how it's going when I properly start animating for it!!

Okay so. I finally watched Kpop Demon Hunters last week. It was great, I really enjoyed it - being a kpop fan it was really fun to catch all the little references; fantastic work.

I wasn't super into Hunter/X's songs, not because they aren't good, but because they have a very Blackpink/Itzy style, and I'm just not super keen on them. Whatever, they're still bops, fantastic job.

Then the Saja Boys. Their song was also super okay (lowkey reminds me of early Seventeen/Monsta X/TXT), but nothing wow spectacular.

AND THEN. "YOUR IDOL". Of course I loved it. Of COURSE that was the one I'd go 👀 over. It did exactly what it was supposed to and I'm afraid I'm the exact target audience for it. Knowing me, that doesn't come as a surprise at all, but still funny to observe.

Now tell me why. It took me until around 10 minutes ago or so. To realise that "Your Idol" is literally "Pied Piper" from BTS. Even the name, are you kidding me? Same song, different fonts.

Anyways. All of this to say, whoever came up with the Saja Boys did a stupid good job because they absolutely NAILED the vibe, and if they were a real band I'd absolutely be slobbering all over. Profiled and called out in 4k 😔💔
