I challenged the ladies in my group to write down 3 goals they wanted to meet this month in No Excuse November! I made it in the form of a "contact" to themselves. . My goals for the month are: . 1. Drink at least 55oz of water per day 2. Get out of bed when my alarm goes off 3. Practice meditation or mindfulness for at least 5min per day . My journey isn't just about physical fitness but shaping my mind and soul too. Ultimately I'd love for mind, body and soul to be aligned so that's what I'm striving for. .
