But he’s been hearing that the new guy at BHPD has been dominating the practice field and now Liam’s worried that he’s going to be losing his winning streak. So he’s been staking out the police department’s practices when he’s not on shift just to see the competition.

There’s something about this particular host that Theo can’t turn away from. His heart breaks a little inside him every time he has to leave for the real world because he knows Liam won’t remember him the next time he visits. He won’t remember the time they spent all night talking beneath the stars, or the time that Liam saved him during that skirmish in Pariah. Until that one time, after Theo has been away for far too long for his liking, the one time that Liam does remember. And every visit before then.
