Gus said he's not used to being a fancy moth... Was he supposed to be or does he think he needs to be in that world or something?
Its an idea i been trying to work on but basically i imagine actually moths in that place tend to be seen as more.. fancy. Classy. Elegant even.
Like close to butterflies in a way plus they're v fluffy so i imagine they tended to their fur and try to make it extremely big and showwy
Comparing this to Gus who's neck fur never really leaves to grow and very much a man of the forest he sticks out almost immediately-
Having someone who you considered your best friend berate you because you needed time alone and they were in love with you and now all their friends hate you bc they play the victim card is insane..... tumblr is the ONLY form of social media I even feel remotely safe on anymore bc only like 4 people I know irl follow me. Like, you tell me you love me, tell me to take time to myself, I say I need time by myself, so then you flip out and start trying to pry things from me I’m not ready to talk about because you have the “right” to know and “fix” me is.... not okay. Let’s not get started on crossing physical boundaries either, bc to them me defending myself is worse than her trying to kiss me every time I said no. Wild fucking world we live in, ain’t it?
Archie Survival Tip #63
Split costs on bulk supplies.
It’s no secret that architecture is one of the most expensive majors. On top of usually having higher tuition costs, there’s costs for books, prints, cuts, and supplies.
One of the ways to cut supply costs, at least, is to split costs with other studio mates on bulk buys. My first year, instead of buying our chipboard individually, one person found a deal for so many sheets for a lower bulk price, so each person in the studio paid around $7 for four or five large sheets, saving around 20-30 cents per sheet.
Similarly, maybe you need a certain kind of paper for a drawing class, but you only need so many sheets, and the smallest pad of it is nearly double that amount. Splitting the cost with a friend or classmate means you get what you need, without paying for extra materials you don’t plan on using.
